Frequently asked questions

How do I play with my friends?

Create a private table and share the DN-#### code. Your crew joins with that code. Empty seats are filled with bots, so you never wait to play.

How does live voice work?

At a table with real players you can talk over the microphone. Tap the mic button to mute yourself. Your voice is not recorded: it is only relayed in real time while you speak.

How do I report or block a player?

At the table, tap the player's avatar in the voice bar and choose Mute, Report or Block. We have zero tolerance for harassment and objectionable content; we review reports and respond within 24 hours. See the Community Guidelines.

The next two questions are about chat between friends, which arrives with version 6.0.

How do I report a chat message?

Long-press the message in the conversation and choose Report. As soon as you do, that message stops showing for you, without waiting for anyone to review it. We notify you inside the app when it is resolved.

Who can message me?

Only people you have accepted as friends. There is no chat with strangers and no player search: you add someone from a table you played together, or with their friend code.

Can I see who I have blocked?

Yes, under Settings → Muted and blocked. You can unblock anyone from there.

Can I delete my account and data?

Yes, from Settings → Delete account inside the app, or by emailing us at [email protected]. See how to delete your account.

Are there real-money purchases?

Yes, optional: "Doble Nueve Oro" is a subscription (monthly or yearly) with cosmetic perks and a monthly coin stipend. Coins are virtual and only buy cosmetics — no gameplay advantage. You can manage or cancel the subscription from your store account settings (App Store / Google Play).
